On Friday, 22nd December 2017, Ambassador Fernando Quirós was received in a special audience by H.E. U Htin Kyaw, President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, to present his Letters of Credence as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Peru to the abovementioned country. The ceremony took place at the Presidential Palace in Nay Pyi Taw.

Me dirijo a usted para transcribirle la siguiente moción, de conformidad con el Acuerdo 014-2003-2004/CONSEJO-CR: "La Congresista de la República que suscribe, presenta a consideración la siguiente moción;

 1° Expresar su saludo a todos los peruanos y peruanas migrantes en el exterior y a todas las personas extranjeras migrantes en el Perú, al conmemorar el 18 de diciembre de 2017 el Día Internacional del Migrante.

 2° Transcribir la presente moción de saludo al señor Víctor Ricardo Luna Mendoza, ministro de Relaciones Exteriores y, por su intermedio, hacer extensivo el saludo a los peruanos y peruanas migrantes en el exterior y a las personas extranjeras migrantes en el Perú.

Saludo y Reconocimiento

On Wednesday, 6^th December 2017, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, Ambassador Don Pramudwinai, received in audience the Ambassador of Peru, Fernando Quirós, who recently presented his Letters of Credence to His Majesty the King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun (Rama X).

On this occasion, Minister Pramudwinai and Ambassador Quirós held a broad dialogue on the main issues on the bilateral agenda in order to continue strengthening the status of "strategic partners" between both countries, especially in the field of economic relations, commerce and investments, as well as cooperation in science, technology, tourism, sports and other of "people to people" relationships.

On Monday, 27^th November 2017, Ambassador Fernando Quirós was received in a special audience by His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun (Rama X), King of Thailand, to present his Letters of Credence as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Peru to the Kingdom of Thailand. The ceremony took place at Ambara Villa, Dusit Palace in Bangkok.
